Open field targeted to host public open spaces though for now its sort of abandoned and often submerged in water during rainy seasons. But clearly a potential area that needs rehabilitation to become city lungs in the midst of magomeni and kariakoo concrete jungles.

Flooding is a problem we face at this field, one of the most popular and affordable spaces to lease for events close to majro roads and bus stations. Though highly local and underdeveloped while its a potential land for value addition and reform to turn major profit.

It is located in the city center but no maintenance. There is no drainage system that will allow water to pass through when it rains.High rainfall can cause widespread flooding, which can lead to landslides and mudflows on the ground. In generally, it really needs improvements and high maintenance.
