I went to a Pharmacy to get some medicine. I asked the girl about the pills that I needed and she showed me a box that was marked 5 x 10 tablets and price show as 3,400. I opened the box but there were only 2 strips of 10 so I said that I needed a full box, which she found.At the counter she said it was 17,000/- Tsh. I told her that the box showed 5 x 10 tablets and price show as 3,400. She said that it means 3,400/- per strip. At this point her co-worker got involved and said that she was correct and I had to pay 17,000/- I pointed ot that the advertised price was shown on the box as 3,400 which is either the correct price or it is a case of false advertising. Then he showed me another box which the girl had quickly had added 10/s in front of the price on one box and said that it was the price. I took a box from the shelf of another similar product that had a price of 27,000 show. I asked if that was the price per box or per strip and was told that it was the price of the box. So I asked why one box similarly marked was per strip and not per box. They said that was shown on the one box with the inked addition, I said so that is how you rip off unsuspecting customers who need the medicine, maybe to pocket the difference? He replied that they dont do that and asked me to buy or leave. I took the second product as it appeared to be a better product. I paid and received my change, but they refused to give me a receipt when I asked.I said people should know about this pharmacy and their rip-off practices on facebook or instagram and left the store. Outside I decided to take a picture of the pharmacy but the guy came out and said it was not allowed and I must leave. so I said that I had not taken a picture and went out to my car.As I was about to unlock my car I got a notification that I had a message so I held up my phone to check. The guy ran out of the shop and gabbed my wrist and knocked my phone to the ground which he picked up and refused to return to me. He called several friends who grabbed me as he said we were to go to the police. I said Ok lets go.I tried to get my arm free and was able to twist free but he dug his fingernails into my wrist and ripped my skin. I showed him what he had done and he just smiled, I asked for my phone and he gave it to one of his friends. I told the friend that I could show that I had not taken any pictures so he gave me the phone and I showed him there were no pictures. I asked the Pharmacy guy for some first aid for my injury and just laughed he disappeared into the store.Please be aware of this Pharmacy and their rip-off practices and how they treat their customers.As I backed out of my parking place I stopped and took a picture of the Shop sign and a picture of my injury and the bruising caused by this Pharmacy employee. That guy seriously needs some some Customer Care and Anger Management Training
