They are selling medicine which expiry dates are very close. Normally we are buying medicine for two reason.1- Doctor wrote it2- Emergency (Especially for kids fever and pain medicine)First one i can understand because when the doctor wrote it you will finish in one week.But second one if expiry date is very close, you may send it rubbish without using.I bought a calpol expiry date is very close. I did not check in pharmacy(this is my mistake) then after two days i went there to change it. They didn’t accept it.Anyway i did not lose many things but they lost a lot.Because when Customers like a shop-etc, they are telling 5 people.When costumers dislike a place, they are telling at least 20 people.

I am very disappointed with customer care in this place.I went there while wearing very simple,they thought I was very ignorant person.They opened the medicine I bought while they forced me to sit very far from the counter.I dont know what they were doing.This JD pharmacy at Mlimani City is the worse place I ever visited in Tanzania.They should pull up their sock so that to win the customer .
