Terrible customer care and I will also explain why. We have been working with them for years and have never missed a payment. At the first outstanding which has been delayed of about 900.000 TSHS they started hammering me. I would understand if this comes from a first time customer but with a long time customer that is totally UNACCEPTABLE. You should implement an internal risk assessment system and audit and rate your customers in order to give a better service... I rarely post reviews but with this one I feel compelled to do it as it was a big fat NO on every aspect of customer care and satisfaction. Wrong timing for calls, wrong approach to the customer, wrong amounts for complaints. There is a basic rule in sales: The customer is King (Mteja ndo mfalume)......
