The worst hospital in customer services extremely poor. There is no people in reception fist floor only 1 receptionist and 20 people minimum waiting each person takes about 15 min on the counter because the receptionist they dont care they go and come and talk each other themselves this Hospital Government should take care of it too harassment

The hospital is good but overcrowded. Servants are fewer compared to number of customers also having poor customer care. In this hospital there is nor good direction to new customers. Always I used more than three hours to get meet the doctor.Manager must recreate more servants to improve services.

Poor service as follows1)nurse gets angry if bring two child if their are sick at second floor to see a child dr2)poor ventilation3)other ppl children get priority to see a dr even appointment no are far behind with some forms that they are VIP

I have been treated once ,service was good and fast. But second time I was there some of staff are impolite and unwelcoming to patients, especially for my case with insurance. I was disappointed to be kept waiting for hours and not get any service.

A good hospital in dar is salaam good quality of care personal and patients

The experience wasnt bad, it was on a sunday afternoon... I Expected it would have been crowded, i was on the old buiding and wasnt bad for an old building, clean toilets and floors. The rooms are a bit squeezed for two patients to be hospitalised.

Too many people and no air conditioning. New building is okay but not well mantainedHowever services are good.

Nice Hospital only downside is it is too small. Very limited circulation of air in the building

I used to work in this hospital way back in 1990. I sent my doughter for delivery and she had a safe delivery and had a lot of encoragement from nurses durin labour. Keep it up.

This is the worst service i was provided. i went today to do some tests there, i paid the money and went to give specimen there i m told this test is done in the morning while i went this time bcz in the morning i cant spare time, and this info i m given after waiting one hour. The person at lab come lazily after one hour and tells me that i should take myself one bottle for urine test and doesnt write anything, i myself had to write everything. I m told that i have to give blood semples two times bcz of time difference as one test is done only in morning. Why the cashier doesnt have the information that this test is done only in the morning. Again when i come to her to complain that why didnt she tell me bcz i was in hurry i had an appointment with the dr tomorrow, she even doesnt want to listen me. She becomes very rude. Even nobody else could help at that time.So i think its the worst service i have ever seen. The management has to be improved, somebody from the management should be there at office at 10 of night, so people may not suffer like this.

I spoke to a pharmacist on the phone and she was very rude. I was simply making a complaint but she was extremely unnecessarily rude.

I was admitted here in 2015 with heart problems. Really I got very special care from nurse in all 24 hrs of admission without giving any payments since I was using health insurance card. And when I got discharge they gave a file contains summary of my treatment. Salute to all doctors and nurses of this hospital.
