Burj Nails was recommended to me by a friend. I’m visiting from the USA the last day my BFF and I decided to slow down and relax. We both wanted to get our nails done. I got gel nails and a pedicure she got regular polish manicure and a pedicure.When we walked in.we were greeted with a smile by the owner Peace yes that’s her name and she represented it well. That was just the beginning of great service. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and inviting. The music soothing and low (we did not go there for a party). James did a great job my gel nails and pedicure look great. During the pedicure I was also given a light leg and foot massage that made it even more relaxing. If I lived here that’s where I would go on a regular basis. Burj Nails you have a gem in your shop name James.My only negative comment I didn’t know until I went to the website to give this review that Burj Nails sold natural oils and soaps and also offered other services. Still, Regina from the USA is very pleased. Make an appointment you will be glad you did.

I really wanted to have a five-star experience at this Nail Salon but I honestly can’t say that I did. I came in on a Saturday evening after a long day of work expecting to be welcomed into a relaxing environment like all of the stellar reviews say. Instead I was only offered wine and tea but no water. I understood this until I saw them go and buy soda and water for other clients who were waiting.As for the services, I was sat down with my feet perpendicular to the table where I was getting my hands done. Needless to say I was uncomfortable and both the manicurist and pedicurist kept pulling me in their respective directions. I expressed this and nothing was done about it. The pedicurist was having difficulty cutting my toenails. She seemed to have little experience and I was disappointed because I could’ve done what she did myself. They were pushy about the gel polish but I insisted on regular.All of the employees’ phones ringers kept going off and I just simply wasn’t relaxed during my time Burj Nails.In the end they spoke to me about leaving a review and it left yet another bad taste in my mouth. I would give this place a second thought before you decide where to get your nails done. It is a beautiful space but I did not enjoy my time there.

The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and very clean. The place is located in Msasani Dsm and they the best nail technician calledJames, I’ve ever seen, He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend peopleTo visit their and do your nails, is the best place ever

The owner, Peace, speaks excellent English! It was easy communicating what I wanted and she’s a great conversationalist! Naeema was my nail tech. She was detailed in her work and she did a beautiful job. I was visiting Dar es Salaam but, if I lived here Burji Nails would be my place of choice. I felt very comfortable and was able to relax in the beautiful salon and “Peace”ful atmosphere. The music was relaxing. Top notch pedicure! I suggest this nail salon if you are looking for quality and professional work.

I live in Msasani and I took my fiancée to do her nails here, the customer service is excellent. Stupendously accommodating and incredible professionalism. They take time to understand the needs of a woman and unlike other places, they never take it personal if the partner is present.The attitude is very welcoming and ofcourse they offer wine. I come from Cameroon and I am very satisfied. The staff are very welcoming, the place is clean and the service impeccable. I went there to do acrylics, and my nails are perfect. James did a very good job and he masters his job. He understood very well what I wanted. The owner is also very nice and kind. I really enjoyed my experience with James at Burj.Setting up the appointment was very simple via Google. I made the reservation the night before the appointment. My service begin promptly upon my arrival.James allowed me to control the music with my Bluetooth as I was the only customer in the salon. There is an awesome little restaurant next door who will bring you there menu to order while you are receiving your service.Was very impressed by the ambience of the place. It is very relaxing. I noticed they had a selection of teas, coffee, and wines to choose from inside of Burj.James did an Awesome job with my mani and pedi. I was happy there were a variety of gel polishes to choose from and well as other polish options. The are using top notch products and giving top notch service at Burj nail in Masaki.

Burj nails is a great place: really professional and a good range of nail colours. They spent about two hours doing both manicure and pedicure and are very throrough. Polite and friendly staff. The only thing I didnt like was them putting detol in the water to clean your hands, which was a bit unecessary. All round good experience.
