Very big and well ventilated mosque. It is surrounded by shops making the place very busy and good for business. Overall, one of my favourite mosques.

At least dallah has subdued his blah blah. The khutba last friday on the importance of glorifying the Prophet was well planned unlike other imams who dress like drag queens and have no arrangement of delivery of their khutba.But still it unfortunately a mosque where you get swarmed with beggars as if people come to beg people and not Allah SWT for their daily needs. Once a week only is bearable.

Its a very good mosque ,a nice place to pray.

One of my favorites, a Masjid that is the pride of Kariakoo. Its a two story building with internal and external stairways for convenience. It also hosts a ladies prayer section with a separate entrance leading to it. The interior ambience is quite lively, especially during holy Ramadan.It also has clean water access, stable washrooms, a backup generator and a really sturdy sound system.

I went to do afternoon prayers at Kwa Mtoro. Was happy to learn theyve a womens area. However the area was not even comparable to the mens area. It was very small and just had a straw mat and there were bugs on the mat. The womens entrance itself looked sketchy. It should not be acceptable that women have to pray in corner rooms, back rooms or furnace room with no ventilation or maintenance on straw mats when men get the beautiful open space mosques with comfy rugs. This needs to change, women should be able to pray behind the men in the same hall with same facilities and peaceful environment.

A perfect place to do obligatory prayers whenever am in Kariakoo. The nearby shops have nice products from hats, sandals, garments of all kinds.
