Absolutely rubbish service. U come in at the appointment time given at 3pm and wait for 2 hours plus to see the doctor. Not worth it.

Worst servicesI waited more than three and half hours for small report. Exact time has not been told to me earlier, my whole day had been wasted.All of their fees is so high, But their service is so poor.I dont recommend this poor place.

Well organized and clean. Sometimes takes a bit of time. However that is probably true for almost all such businesses. I wish I wish I catch a fish, big or small I eat it all. Thats how most businesses are nowadays. Service makes the difference.

I started to be treated in this hospital on 27.05.2021 upon the diagnosis of covit19 While I was being treated, I was robbed by the nurse on the floor where I stayed, although I had camera records and proof, neither the hospital management nor the authorized person was interested. If you are the theft, the nurse is still doing his duty, neither a precaution nor an action has been taken. It has been exactly 20 days since the theft and there is no news from a hospital official or security, such a serious business has never been seen. be you, stay away from such businesses, do not surrender your life to a hospital that cannot be responsible

Came in at Emergency Room and met Dr Tariq, hes a wonderful young caring doctor who was always friendly, skilled and comforting to me. As a hospital you truly make a difference in the medical field with your amazing staff🙏

Overall iam happy with service good doctors and nurses but unfortunately iam extremely disappointed with customer service I walked in and planned my self and booked un appointment to see ENT and I was given 2 pm and came on time but I had to wait 2 hours to see drmy point is you should respect patients time if I have to wait 2 after having un appointment what was the sense of taking appointments? Again iam here today for another dr I was given 9 am and I here on time but still dr is not here when you ask reception has no clue sometimes they get irritated if you keep asking I think you should try to improve your customer service and be more professional after all we are paying lots of money.

A big 0. I have had the worst experience in this hospital so far. Its unreasonably expensive and seem to care more about their business than peoples health. Personally wouldnt recommend this hospital to any sane person.

Having had migraines initially went in for a CT scan. Went in and was received very quickly and was told to do an MRI. Once payment was done however the radiologist became downright rude and service was painfully slow near the end. Do not recommend this place as all they seem to want is your money and nothing else.

Patients need Physiotherapy. They are admitted, but not given service. Medical personnel do not attend patients. Physiotherapy is needed. Please give patients the care.

Quick service and friendly staff. They have massively improved over the years. New location is clean and convenient. Service was fast. Prices a bit high but worth it for the quick service. Would recommend.
