Worst food delivery platform. Ordered food from subway and the restaurant confirmed 15 mins of preparation time for my order. The food arrived 45 minutes later. If the food was ready within 20 minutes, then why would it take so long to reach the customer if the customer is 5 minutes away? I have faced the same issue several times.

It took forever to get my order, do not receive orders when you know you have no enough drivers.

Drinks are cheap, they have a generous staff, they provide good and fast service

I ordered food from the Piki app and the driver went to collect after an hour from the restaurant. I had to wait at home for about 80mins just to get my food which ended up being cold. Very fast delivery and very efficient service

One various occasions i had to wait 90 minutes for my food. I cancel the orders when they do that. Very unprofessional. Their drivers are no good.

Good service and quick delivery

Experienced bad service, driver lied on his whereabouts, waited 3 hours for the order. The admin went mum when i complained, am disappointed and unsub from this service.
