One of the best couriers companies Ive ever worked with, they are very responsive with strong communication. They keep you updated about your package arrivals and their customer Service Team is actively in solving any possible challenges along the way. Im impressed with this guys and will surely hire them again and again

One of the worst courier companies that we have ever worked with, goods were stopped at the border with no assistance from the company the driver of the truck was completely useless (Gibson). On the day scheduled for delivery they messed me around saying the truck will be there in a few minutes and ended up wasting my entire day they did not even have the courtesy to call and give me an update I was the one trying to get a hold of them just to get a time that the truck would arrive. The person that we dealt with Joseph from the Tanzania branch was very hard to get a hold of and the customer service was horrendous, I would not recommend NeXt to anyone. Please note this only theTanzania branch that has give me all the hassle.
