This place is very nice. We loved it ,very quiet , lovely neighbors and you can cook by your selves and few meters from the beach you can walk. So its good place to be when you visit Dar es salam.

I have only seen the house so far - its gorgeous! could not rent it yet because it is already occupied now. but i am very much looking forward to staying there soon! imagine: quiet and beach, yet so close to dars city life.and marzia is a lovely person!
