Very small serving size .Tea is hopeless, too milky.staff are polite but unprofessional.Not service satisfaction oriented.Al basha needs to make sure staff are 5 star and attentive to client.I like the ambience environment and soft music.

Noisy staff, staff talking very loudly in kitchen. Giggling loudly on phone. couldnt hear the soft music and didnt offer me a drink with my tasty lunch. See picture

Delicious food, well balanced flavor and just the right amount of spices. I ordered a blended juice as a starter, and it is one of the best smoothies I have had. I can only imagine how the rest of the dishes are, having only ordered chicken.The service is excellent and I regret not giving a bigger tip!

Highly recommended for Labanese food lovers. Authentic food and good menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner like foul, falafel, zaatar for vegetarians and wholesome items for Non Vegetarians like mutton, chicken, fish etc. Above all a healthy fresh juice menu like Avacado, Strawberry, Orange, Mango, Kiwi, grapes, apple etc.

Although there were a lot of customers, food arrived quickly and was yummy. Definitely recommend this place. They have amazing food and service.

I give Albasha three stars because Im pretty sure I just went at a really bad time. I went around 3:30p on a Friday and quickly learned that they had lost electricity, which was extremely unfortunate. They could not provide shawarma, juice, or most other menu items. Despite this initial disappointment, the staff—who were polite and quick—were able to make yummy BBQ and fresh chips in just 15 minutes or so. I enjoyed a full meal that came with a delicious cream sauce for the meat. Albashas is on the pricy side—the BBQ was TZS 21,000—so it might be worth checking into the electricity if youre really banking on some good shawarma.

I was here for lunch. The waiters are calm, charming and very helpful (It is a Lebanese Restaurant so you can understand how one would need to know what the name of the food entails, remember). When the food was brought it was hot and delicious. It took hardly 15min of waiting. Just in case you want to know i had Mushroom with Chicken sauce and rice, but you can be served the same with either french fries or mash potato, it is up to your selection. For a drink there was a variety of juices cant remember them all but i opted for lemonade with little sugar and mint.

Best Lebanese restaurant with fresh tasty meals, beautifully organized inside and meals well prepared and served, close to where it used to be.. The prices are expensive shwawarma costs 18,000 but delicious found along the road with limited parking.

I really like this place. We went there for lunch, I ordered a falafel wrap and fresh juice. It didn’t take long for the order to arrive and the food was super delicious! So was the juice.Will definitely come again.

They have decent Lebanese food. A good variety of dishes but the taste is decent at best. The wait time, on all of my visits so far has been too much. Had to wait 50 mins for a shawarma on my last visit with me being the only dine in customer.

Taste not upto the mark. Its not the same what we used to have before. Mostly the shawarma was hopeless which I believe should be their signature item. No worth for the price you pay.

Its consistently good Lebanese food. One of my favorites in Africa. Definitely among the top 3 across Dar es Salaam, Lagos and Abidjan. Its has very regular fare such as Kafta and Tawouk as well as selection of salads.

The food was really tasty. We waited for quite some time but that might be because we were the first customers and ate quite early (around 12). The dishes we originally wanted were not available but the ones we took instead were really good!

Service is problematic. My order was forgotten, and the wait was basically doubled as a result. Also, although its pretty common to be out of things in Tanzania, they were out of ALL the cakes on the dessert menu. The food is OK. The appetizers are very generous. The hummus on the shawarma wrap wasnt too great. The ambience is nice.

Excellent food with very friendly staff. Meals are served quite quick upon order, under 30 minutes. One of the vest places in Dar for a taste of Arab culture. They also offer exclusive access to their 1st floor whivh can be reserved for parties, meetings and other small events. It also boasts a PA system.

It was only joint to have a Lebanese and Arabic vegetarian foods infact Epidor also joint to have but taste, service and Cost. Albahsa is the best. We are enjoying since 2008 alsmost one Decade of consistency to serve Arabic taste to Dsm people. Its blessing to such restaurant in my lovely city

My family and I visited this restaurant for a casual weekend dinner, we ordered the chicken shewarma along with shish kebab. Shortly after the waiter took our order he returned an informed us that the shish kebab wasnt available, we then decided to order the chicken BBQ. We were served with the chicken shewarma almost immediately after the ammended order but the chicken BBQ took a whole 45 mins to arrive. By the time it arrived my fam was done eating and i was left eating alone. Upon complaining to the management they admitted their error and apollogized but sorry cannot bring a dead man to life

Now some of you may know it way back when it was in sea cliff court, masaki. But that shut down some time ago. The current available one, now present in posta just steps from the famous askari monument is just as good although i might say is a bit of a step down, but it serves the purpose. The food ofcourse, maintains its exquisite quality...and do i recommend their mushroom sauced chicked served with vegetable rice...😋

Fast-food type opening toward a roundabout face to gas station. No alcohoolic drinks. Almost empty, Food is just a copy of Lebanese one, nothing to meet Beirut dishes. Go elsewhere.

Food was good, especially the garlic sauce. But the servers did not know the menu well nor could explain about the food they were bringing.

Really liked all the food, especially the Lebanese Red Snapper fillet which was very different to what i was expecting. The one star off is for a very mediocre hummus. Stick to the babaganoush.

The google timing is wrong. We walked all the way from Mnazi Mmoja and reached there at 5 PM. The door was open so we went in but were told sorry we are closed. All restaurants in Dar need to update their timings on Google. Very disappointing for tourist to reach somewhere tired and starving only to have no food available.

Initially thought its known for its coffee... But their coffee machines not working.. hummus was okayish...
