Real thieves! They billed per piece for a simple wash, I paid a fortune (80,000 shillings, approx. 28 euros) for some clothes, express service. The clothes were not ready at the scheduled time, I had to go back and when I got back to the hotel, I noticed that some items were missing. Had to go back a third time and they claimed the little items must have fallen on the way because I didnt want them to put them in paper! Horrible!
