Visited Ministry of Lands and sincerely found the discipline amongst the services providers.Normally we hear Govt Offices are dominated with unwanted bureaucracy.It was NOT the case today..At the entrance gate received well with guidance received where we were supposed to go. We were there @ 3pm and were out after getting our needs SERVED with smile. Though there were many people in the waiting.Services have been segregated to different services providers.We were out from there in 30mins.CONGRATULATIONS THE MANAGEMENT..Stay SAFE and strictly maintain C19 protocols at all times by social distancing and wearing MASK at all times.

I usually visit this place for registration of properties, documents, mortgages, transfer of properties etc. Their service is very good.

Not bad. So much has changed from last year(2019). Where all Property Statements were taken from the same office. But this Time if you got a PROPERTY IN KINONDONI District Property Statements could be obtained in the office INSIDE like last year. BUT if you got Property in Other AREAS Appart from Kinondoni in Dar-es-salaam your Property Statement could be obtained in the Office outside main Building CHUMBA NAMBA 3
