Im dissappointed with the services from this Howden Puri Insurance company. I paid for my car insurance from Tuesday, 24th March 2020, my car insurance was expiring on 26th March 2020, but until today (the 26th of Marc) they havent processed my car insurance. I would never recommend the company to anyone, very bad service and unprofessionalisms. Bad enough, they are non-responsive, no one is answering the calls. Just wondered, how could they represent an international brand like Howden and still provide such sub-standard services? Stay away from them, period.
