Never insure with Britam unless you want a lengthy and costly experience. The level of complete unprofessionalism with which my claim has been handled is absolutely disgraceful. 3 months later after my vehicle was involved in an accident I am still waiting for a payout. A payout which is nowhere near enough to cover the actual damage of the vehicle. The staff involved in processing the claim have been rude and uninterested in resolving the matter, they do not respond to emails, constantly lose correspondence and even after receiving all signed documents have withheld making a payout for over 2 weeks. No one will share details of anyone I can speak with to discuss the matter and find a resolution. I will only say that with Britam you will be highly disappointed. Choose another company for your insurance needs.
