Well organized, Bringing a sense of modernity in a developing village, an important housing project.

Very dishonesty and poor management..clueless and extremely disorganized..demanded $650 security deposit in cash only then after they changed their word 3 times, we requested our money back and they wanted the “receipt copy” that they gave us..Nick is a liar and Samuel is no help..stay away! Place been vacant for 5 years and still a ghost town for a reason..changed the price, changed the agreement for security deposit and the most goes on..they don’t care about inconveniencing your..the best experience is with Hellen who shows the property..once you reach Samuel and the Asian guy Nick, things go downhill really fast..save your energy, time and long 2 hour drive and go elsewhere
