Pros: neighborhood is safeShower and hot water very niceRestaurant at a walking distance, owner trying to help.There is a kitchenette where u can cook ur own food.Cons: Not in the middle of the towns hustle, so dont expect to find shops and busy streets around u to go for a walk & shop for example.Communication is hard as the owner is not present & the people who work there do not speak english, so u always have to call him to translate what u need.The apartment itself is not very comfortable unfortunately, the bed mattress and pillows were very bad to be completely honest.. my pillow smelled weird, i ended up sleeping without it and waking up with neck pain.No solution for mosquitoes ( they are fierce) no repelling plants around and they dont spray the apartment
