Hi, I have been a customer of wrap and roll since it was a Subway . Wraps are delicious. Recommended to my friends who like them too. Today had a very unpleasant experience wherein I ordered a home delivery for my colleagues. But the way it was packed and brought, it is just not acceptable. Wanted to return it but thought of giving a feedback instead.

Used to be subway. Havent been there since it has changed to wrap n roll until today afternoon. After ordering realized the portions are bigger than subway and tastier honestly. Would rather eat here than subway.

If it was subway before and good! It just got better the new additions to the menu and the taste is way way way better than before! The wraps are seriously and legitimately the best in Dar es Salaam! 😍 must to try! The service defines them really well! 🤘🏻

Hello Mr Manav, Sorry for the Delay but i have been out of station following up with your incident we have come to learn that our Rider carried a dairy product before the wrap&roll delivery thus the bag still had moisture.We would like to apologize for this. Apparently the Wrap & Roll Manager apologized for the Incident as well.

Wrap and Roll is better than Subway, thats all u need to know, Go, try the Wraps and the Rolls, affordable and delicious.

Friendly Team. Loved the new concept of the Restaurant and Ohh the portion was just filling and fresh food. Totally worth it.The minus star is due to the parking, quite a rough patch.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and the quality of ingredients in this establishment. The ingredients alone rank among the best if not the best I have had in the city.

This place is amazing. Its quick and well worth it. Its just a little annoying that they never seem to have some stuff that is on the menu, but other than that, its great. They have some really good brownies too

If you want to be sure to actually get food, Subway Masaki is not the right place for you.We called to ask if they deliver, they said yes and we placed our order. A few minutes later we were called by Subway and told that they would deliver in 20 min. After one hour without any contact, no food has arrived and no one is answering the store phone.This is highly unprofessional, if we had known we would have ordered somewhere else instead of waiting hungry at home for nothing.

This place is just amazing .Here you can create your own sandwich , with fresh ingredients in front of ur eyes !So many varieties and healthy .Pay a visit to any nearby branch of Subway and you wont regret .

The food was great ,bread was properly baked ,the fillings whether veggies or protein were delicious as well as fresh,loved the pilipili mbuzi,thus was spicy as hell and whole taste of combination of food became even more tastier,above all else the establishment is clean!!😂😂😅

I just love their freshly baked buns and here when you ask them to change gloves they surely do with respect.

Located in a nice neighborhood, they have a nicely maintained subway and everything seemed to be fresh. Although I think they could potentially boost subway if they had free wifi indoors.

Variety of subway choices to choose from. Chicken, meat, tuna and e.t.c. Also brown bread available for those who avoid white bread like myself. Vegetarians are also catered for here.

Quality of the food is good, there is a consistency. However when it comes to delivery it is not even one star.

You know subway...they close too early though 9pm during weekdays and 10pm during weekends....otherwise its a very nice place...
