Kituri Roal Annex is great low cost hostel. The host - Peter is super nice and very helpful. He showed us arround and was eager to spend some time watching football with us.

The accommodation is fair for the price, but the wifi is terrible the rooms and lounge need to be upgraded to satellite TV all they have is about 5 local channels. All in all clean place way from city noise and friendly staff

Guest House with great value. Just $14 per Double Room. Admins are very friendly. Clean accommodation, safe inside the household. Dinner costs $4 per person. $3 by Uber to the city center or Ubungo Bus Terminal.

Sanane and his Team are great hosts. Me and my friends enjoyed our days at this place. If there are any questions, they will help you! The area of Dar is very local and for us europeans very interesting to see and feel the african way of life. If we will return to Dar - for sure at Sananes place. Thank you again for the first great days in Tansania!

The hotel is falling apart, the air conditioning does not work or does not work well, smell of humidity, they are very lazy and do not clean the rooms even when you leave them the keys.Peter is a crook dont ask him for any information since he will advise you on the most expensive choices and get his commission.The only positive point is Innocent who is a very charming young boy.To flee !!!

Not very clean. At night noises in the window that we were told were bats that do it to attract the multitude of rats that are there and hunt them. Far from everything. We would not return.
