Would have rated it zero if there was an option. Havent received my Nida card and its been more than 1 year since I applied. Poor service and very unorganized office as well. The employees are unhelpful and do not care about the citizens who spend hours waiting in the office for their turn.

Worst service ever. They think nin number is an alternative of a card itself. Other business are prohibited for not having a nid-card, they should awake their mind.
