Being a government building, you have to follow a dress code for both ladies and gents. Information is not readily available. There is usually a long queue and long wait if you are coming to collect your passport. Passport collection are allocated according to your name initial. Before entering passport collection, wise to look up your name in the printed list outside the office. Passport collection is at far right of the building.
