The spacing on the gym is perfect and the service is top notch. The trainers are always available to help and assist with overall health needs and not just training. Worth the price for someone who can afford it.

I was skeptic at first but all it took was one 20 minutes session. Definitely a go to alternative for the gym for those who are pressed on time. Ohh, and theres free lemonade!
