Nice fried chicken，enough proportion，hamburger is so big！Too full for me！Love the chips，taste fresh，not like other restaurants，chicken with spicy&sweet sauce，so delicious

It’s below average, you can’t compare this place with another famous chicken restaurant, our order was delivered part by part first 1 person got the food, then second person received half of the order and after long while the rest of the order and meal for third person was delivered. French fries cold and soda without gas we asked for exchange. Very disappointing place.

Been there 4 times this week. Meal #12 is all I ever order. It is seasoned to perfection! I am going back tomorrow as well.

My family and i went there for dinner on a Saturday night. There was no crowd and the place seemed pretty quite despite being a weekend. However the service was pretty slow. The food arrived about 45 mins after we had ordered. The waiter didnt bring us any sauces and I personally requested him to get us some he did but after a while he came and took the sauces and told us that there was a shortage of sauce so he had to take it and give it to another customer.Would not recommend anyone to step foot in this place.

Great food, Fast service. The Hot Touch chicken and burgers are great. wouldve given 5 stars but they forgot to place some items from my order a couple of times - I got home and realize no fries! Bummer.

Food is great (5 star) plus the bakery has some nice selection (4 star) ..... BUT THEY DONT TAKE CARDS OR ANY NON - CASH Payments (0 star) . In todays world, especially for a large franchise in Masaki, this in massively inconvenient and pretty backward. Please add more payment options

Standard of this Restaurent when it started and now is quite different . It has now lack of interest by the owners . Children play area is conjugated their unused . Machines are everywhere . Standard has gone down . Service of food is good . Bakerys products are also good . But over all standard has gone down . People are going as they dont have choice to go otherwise not good

Playground was down for repairs but worst of all they were using a grinding machine spraying metal all over the floor mats on the playground. When asked they said they would clean it but that would have been impossible.

Its ok, chain fast food chicken. Similar to KFC. Not sure why all their chicken is dark meat, especially the chicken burgers. Its pretty unappetising. Their bakery is phenomenal though, that alone is worth the visit.
