It is nice hospital for it standards.I have few concerns about your services so that you can make it better.1)Appointment;I made appointment through your website, when I reached there @0925hrs none knew about it.I tried to explain but they told me to follow the queue.I follow the queue it took me 2hrs to be done with service.2)Services;You tried to provide good service for 80%.Everywhere I was passing I could see good employees are working there the only problem was reception the lady was not serious on here job,not only that but there was a nurse her name is Sophia.She like to be seen to everyone as if she is the boss.I felt bad when she triated bad a cleaner.That cleaner was smart enough in her head to panic.All in all I loved two people for their service.A)The lady at spectacular and the ophthalmologist who gave me the service were the best.The guy who took the vital signs he did his best but the hospital didnt have the 3D seeing aid.

Very bad experience, no organization for the appointment and dr doesn’t respect the appointment of the patient ,visa machine doesn’t work.

When I went in I had my own idea of what I needed for my eye. The doctor talked to me about my option and advised me something different. He was very honest about what would happen if I went ahead to do what I thought was the best for my eye and advised me on a better way forward.Also I like the fact they dont find it hard to mention my full name😊 trust me its the most annoying thing when you are called by a wrong name😌

It has been taking long to be attended, I suppose the hospital administration can find way of allocating time to individual patient to visit the hospital rather than an entry at 0800hrs and end up attended say 1500hrs. I wouldnt mind waiting for a plus/minus of 1 to two hrs beyond allocated time to take care of any eventuality. Otherwise, in the absence of that the hospital offers a superb services.

It took me 90minutes to get consultation.The reception staff had exceptional service.The young lady doing the Tests was quite impolite,i asked her to clean the equipement before i put my chin on it and she became apprehesive and sarcastic...Honestly you need to manage the timings better.Paying 24$ just for an eye test then you wait for more than an hour.it is like going to a public hospital.

Dr. Dhalla was a wonderful surgeon, the floor coordinator (Ms Khairoonisa) was very caring and exceptionally kind, and the rest of the staff were always helpful.They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am glad I chose Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was diagnosed and treated for diabetes related swellings in my eyes.Though initially expensive, it was worth it. Services offered by Professional and Supporting Staff at Dr. Agarwals were very good

This place is VERY SLOW! A new customer can wait upto 6 hours to get full services here, i waited 5 hours and still i didnt even see the doctor yet and the receptionist misspelled my name twice on my STRATEGIES insurance form 🤦🏾‍♂️if you are not patient i suggest go another place

My dad just got a surgery last week for Glaucoma, no quick improvement yet especially vision wise and dont know how long it will take for him to get a full vision recovery but we re just hoping for the best.

Disappointed at the cataract surgery they did for my dad. The operation did not go successful but rather than being open and frank they are pushing us into further expenses to supposedly correct the problem.
