Covered space (open but high ceiling/roof top, floor is hard flat colorful) seats under 70 people. Open air space (colorful painted paving blocks) can add another 100 or so - was there for a small kitchen party - no gifted furniture.Clean, functioning and sizeable restroom facilities to accommodate the number of guests. I liked the full length large mirrors 😁Horrible parking unless you make it early or ontime. (There may be alternative parking space for larger events) Cars are parked outside, watched by multiple security officers.Oh and theres some kind of very large fountain water slide stage with no water decor thing 😅 that they light up with strips of colored lights when it starts getting dark.

It is a nice open venue with enough space that can be used for different occasions, also serves food, drinks and a kids playing ground. Although it falls short in some areas like lacking shade from either sun or rain so you remain exposed, it also has a small packing area accommodating only a few cars so the rest have to park in dangerous areas. Other than those it is a good quote place to host your events.
