Tried getting some info on visa, after the robot tells you to wait if you want to talk to a human, the human puts down the call immediately without any consideration. This happened the precise same way during the entire morning about 5 times. Great level of service, almost appreciated!!!

Only recently went through major visual overhaul on the outside. It looks great, cant miss it - right opposite the Boy Scouts!

I applied Passport for my fiancé , it took over 4 months to get a passport , once it been 4 weeks since I applied, I kept calling them, the first time I called them to follow up with my application they picked up my call, but since then, they just hang up on me when the see my phone call, the lady on reception SUCKS 👎🏽
