Having lost my passport during my honeymoon in Zanzibar, I had to go to the French Embassy to get a pass. I had to deal with a very professional team, who gave me all the necessary information before I came and who did everything I could to have the least possible constraints when I came.Thanks to the whole team.

While traveling for a project in Tanzania in December 2018, I was the victim of a theft in a restaurant in Arusha, of my bag containing my identification documents and the like.I was greeted by a very professional, welcoming, smiling and compassionate team at the Embassy.They did everything so that I could have an emergency passport on time despite the constraints, IT, reduced staff following the vanacance of Christmas .... I would like to thank once again Consul Carole BOUVIER-LOISEL for her professionalism, her availability and her kindness.However, I would like to send a Message to the Ambassador, thank you for choosing a bilingual English / French switchboard operator and much more friendly, there are French alliances where locals learn French at a very good level, because not all French tourists speak fluent in English and Im not sure that foreign embassies in other countries take locals who speak only English.
