I had a chance bring my daughter for an interview earlier today, and i was treated with no sense of respect, sensitivity and professionalism . Being rude to parents, adults or anyone is unacceptable worse without regrets.If you improve your customer care it would make it the best school perhaps. The principal should lead her Team by example by showing them how best they can treat adults and parents .I hope this feedback will trigger respect and professionalism .
