As a frequent customer, I commend the product quality and customer service provided by staff at Mlimani city, Mars communication. Staff, particular Mr. Imran has been and still is bery professional, very honest and a customer oriented person. The shop has very high product quality, and prices are reasonable, with discounts every now and then.Products and service is highly recommended!

I received excellent customer service from Mars Communications. They have a wide variety of manual and automatic washing machines to choose from, so we weren’t sure which model to purchase. That’s when the sales rep helped us pick the right model that suited our needs and budget by explaining to us the different features of each brand and model. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we eventually purchased a Hisense washing machine. I would highly recommend them because they’re the best shop in Mlimani City Mall for home appliances.

Before making my purchase, I compared prices at three shops and found that Mars Communications have the best deals in Mlimani City Mall.The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, the guy even helped me load my items into my car. When I got home and set up my 75 Samsung 4K Smart TV, I didnt know how to use the Bluetooth function, so I called them for assistance and they were able to guide me successfully. I would definitely shop there again and I highly recommend them.

The customer service I received at Mars Communications was exceptional; I was greeted at the door asking what I was interested in. I explained I was looking to purchase a Smart TV with ULED technology and I was given directions to the front of the showroom where someone was there to help me and within a few mins I completed my purchase. The main reason I purchased Hisense was because the company give 3 years warranty and the prices at this shop are lower and negotiable, unlike the supermarket next-door.
