Very bad experience Ive had in the last 2 orders I made. Ordered pizza. Came in 1hour late. And it was the wrong order even after I called while placing the order to ask them not to mistake my order (which is what happened in the previous order.) So disappointed in Jumia. Customer service was good in responding and reassuring but not in taking action and doing what they said they would do.

If there was a possibility of giving them 0 stars i would. I have been using Jumia in Kenya and i had the best shopping experience with the timely delivery, special offers, and the great customer service. Well as for Jumia Tanzania it is the complete opposite. Terrible customer service, my friend bought a device online and it got shipped to the wrong address far away. Over two weeks now and we still haven`t been assisted. Very frustrated with their services.

I used jumia some years back and the service was acceptable. But this month I ordered something and confirmed the order but aft 3 days of waiting, I received a call from them while I was in a meeting and asked them to call after few minutes. But one minute later i received email that the order was cancelled without any explanations.I sent email and WhatsApp message to inquire the reason but no response. I figured a customer service representative was upset I was in a meeting. So I wasted 3 days of waiting.I decided to go to Kariakoo and came back with the product same day.Update...They did call and explained what happened, it was acceptable explanation.So I ordered again Nov 12 and to my surprise I got my order delivered the next day, thats less than 30 hours.Given I have ordered from them 3 times and only once have I had an unfortunate situation, I have given them another two stars.I believe in improvement so I hope they will be better.

An online shop market where you can search for different variates of goods and service you need. It offer so many different types of goods and services plus a very huge discount.Mostly they sell their goods in cheap price.

6 out of my 5 orders with Jumia, both in Dar and Nairobi, were cancelled. They say they try to reach me but I receive no calls, and when I try to call the number they list it is unreachable. Also, their live chat is often not available.

Slow, incommunicative and cumbersome. After waiting for 4 days, i eventually went into kariakoo and had the product within an hour, for less price and hassle. Not sure what you guys are up to.

Your mobile number is not available I would to order through a call. May be you have to change that number and replace it withnew ones so that it can be available all time.

I have been using Jumia for 1 year now without any probs..recently i cant even login using my account..my password is rejected,whats wrong with you Jumia ? And this happen after upgrade to new application please help..
