Absolutely disgusting service. I placed an order and paid 3 months ago, I received my parcel today. Julie (the manager) did not confirm my order for 2 weeks after I had paid, stating that they had forgotten to inform me that my card payment hadn’t reflected in their account. After this was sorted, they ordered it and did not check with the service provider and it then became apparent that the parcel had gone missing, after I asked them to check. What sorry service. I had to email and ask AGAIN. Once my parcel arrived, I received an email to pick it up and upon picking, they inform me that I cannot take my parcel because the payment hadn’t yet reflected. I don’t understand what they were doing for 3 months and how they could give me a full receipt for my payment if it hadn’t reflected. I insisted on receiving my parcel and finally they gave it to me. Julie’s service was horrible. The receptionist does not greet you, instead listens to music with headphones on waiting for you to ask her. No proffesionalism whatsoever. I would never ever order from them AGAIN.

Ripped off on shipping charges and more... We used to use EasyBuy, out of convenience, until we realized the Dar Es Salaam outlet was ripping us off by charging extra on our shipping. Lots of tricks. Rounding up to the nearest 10 (e.g. and $8.54 charge becomes $10.00!) and adding extra fees onto the stated shipping fees. On our last order, they tried to charge us $90 for what was supposed to be a $70.00 shipping fee. We will never use them again.
