Had a great experience interacting with developers, speed wi-fi, it has very big space, well organised, 24/7 stand by generator in case of electricity shortage, convenient to reach with public transport.I must admit this is the best tech working space I ever seen in my town.

This guy knows how to make you feel welcomed and also how to fill you in more and help with your problems/ questions.It is located at Victoria general area. The main offices are in the seventh (7) floor while the apartments are located in the Twelfth (12th) floor.
