Apart from the noise you hear from outside activitoes your voice is heard outside aswell so u cant be free in there. The air conditioning is subject to power outage as they do not have an laternative energy so given the temperature of the city its a bad option.

Excellent service, clean rooms, ice cold ac not to mention running water. Food & drinks nearby at very reasonable rates to say the least. Round the clock security on premises, ( I do suggest keeping jewelry concealed at all times while in tanzania, u just dont want to tempt the locals) at $12 a night it dont get no better than this.

I stayed at Survey in August 2012. The room is spartan, comfortable and in all ways excellent. Meals are available and the price is outstanding.This will be the first place I stay on my next visit to TZ.
