Had their service for about a month. Pretty good most of the time but recently, it randomly stops working for hours. Customer service is a little hard to reach sometimes. I’ve messaged them a couple of times and received no response. Also the installation people are a little unprofessional to be honest although they did show up on time and they did a good enough job.

Terrible services, as of right now I’m STILL trying to get in contact with them about my connection. I called them yesterday multiple times and the lady on the phone is not helpful either with her attitude. I have barely to no wifi and now they don’t want to answer the phone. DO NOT GET ZUKU it is a waste of your money and they have TERRIBLE customer service.

Wire for zuku connection is broken. Since 12 noon I m told technicians are on the way coming. End of the day pt 17:56 I m told technicians will come tomorrow. Why dont you say it since noon? Very poor services

Very poor service. Every after two to three days I have to complain.. speed is a big issue. After paying 99,000/- package not good speed.Speed is reducing day by day .There is no customer service & You will get only promise.

Bad service ever .. I have paid for internet last week, its already 5 days and no response from the technical team .. I advice who interested paid after they make the installation of internet or whatever you want to.

The Internet was good. But when I face disconnection, its 5 days I have no internet. I have called several times to fix the issue. two times they come. but still I have no internet. still promising to fix it soon. they dont care, 5 days I have no internet!!!.

Worst Internet ever, its been 4 days and no Internet, tried to contact them many times they do assure that theyll send someone to fix the problem but no one has came yet, facing a lot of problem, Ill advice everyone never to go for zuku

Shocking sad service lady +255 715 445 750 said that once I pay at my Zuku center she said she’d send someone to do my wifi I called on the 22nd at 1 now it’s 23rd where are you zuku why lie and waste people time and money I will get the lady’s office and report this to customs as I’m in very serious upset and demand my money back I Recommend don’t go with zuku they’ll waste you money and time

First of all, I wish I could give them 0 stars because they dont even deserve 1.So, I bought the zuku fiber on 28th Jun 2021. They asked me to pay first and then their technicians will come for the installation in 24 hours. I paid and later they said they dont have a box in my building and it will take 3 working days. My question is if that was the case why didnt they tell me before I paid? But its okay I could wait 3 days.While I am giving this review its 6th July 2021 and I still dont have a connection. I called them million times specially a lady sitting in the head office named Irene. I have never seen such an unprofessional and rude person. She is always rude on phone plus she hangs up while you are talking. Not just that, their technicians asked for a bribe to complete the installation. I refused to pay and the result is here, I am still waiting for the connection.Furthermore, I wrote couple of emails to their support team as well. But as expected I never heard anything back from them too. So in nutshell, everybody from sales people to technicians and engineers to managerial staff, all are unprofessional. They give each others numbers, when you call them they never answer.In my suggestion there are plenty of ISPs whose services are much better than Zuku, go for that. Dont trap yourself in such a cheap and ridiculous company.13 Jul 21 : So finally after lots of time wasting and millions of calls, they did not finish the connection and refunded my money.

Zuku is not a promising company when it comes to install the internet, they will ask for money first but they will ignore the customer for 2 days straight even after calling them and requesting them. When i wanted internet service i was promised that i will get connection within a day but the company took 3 days, although i needed wifi on that day as i had important meeting to join but luckily i bought airtels good data and adjusted for the day, but finally they came with the router and installed the internet although the connection is okay but i referred to a family friend recently who needed internet connection he is facing the same situation like mine as it has been 2 days he has payed the connection fee the company has not even installed wiring they are worried that if their money is stolen and there is no response after calling the office. who ever will read this i will ask them to consider for going for zuku as i feel the company has got a big head after getting so many customers so dont care of new customers whoever approaches them. I will also ask zuku to improve their customer services which will save them from the reviews i am giving. Thank you- Meetraj singh

Beside the customer care at the Zuku House (in Masaki) who were very accommodating and understanding; this is the worst company Ive dealt with. I wanted fiber; the sales agent told me to pay first and installation would occur with 48 hours as thats their policy. The fundis called once and never called again! I called for 5 days 2 different people and they dont know why. Till the sales agent who registered me sent me this screenshot without an explanation or anything. As if Im suppose to decipher what that means. And that was 5 days later. I asked for a refund and I got it only because I went directly to the office, the person there was nice and understood, and even explained why the installation was a delay. But after what I experienced from the sales agents, I dont want to put up with them.
