Evaline was the worst staff ever, she is so unprofessional. She thinks acts like she is on the top (an owner) and she can do whatever she wants. Pesapal should be more serious with the clients and value them as they are the source of income.They should train there staff to behave well, and to remove all staff without good ethics like Evaline.

These guys are not serious at all, maybe because theres no much competition in the online payment industry in EA, very small issues takes longer to respond or they just ignore you.You are supposed to understand most of your clients are entrepreneurs, few ignorant staff members are ruining your reputationz. 🤦‍♂️
