Ive never been to Tanzania nor ever used this app, but because some jerk is using my email repeatedly to set up an account is a big RED FLAG for anyone considering using this app and the other negative reviews worry me too. The fact that the app permits them to do so without verifying emails before giving access or implementing more identity safety measures like those in the US (Ive used all the apps for years: Uber, Lyft, etc with no such issues and thats what Im going by). The support team has been very responsive and helpful in resolving each time (thats why the two stars) but the fact that someone can keep setting up accounts with a strangers email should worry anyone using this app until more security measures are put in for users and drivers alike.

Some of your drivers are very unfriendly and harsh. I just requested a tax and after asking me where am going, he refused to come and pick me up. I told him to cancel since he is not coming to pick me up, he has refused to do so, telling me to cancel insted. Its been 15minutes now and he has not cancel the trip. I have been using taxify for a while now but my overall experience has been extremely bad. Either the drivers are incompetent or I get overcharged just because driver tempered with GPS, imagine being billed 44km for a trip of 12km :( . Very unresponsive customer service. After several complains, not even a single feedback

Your services are the worst have reported two incidents and no action has been taken 1 on the 27/12/2019 I was charged 14000 from Kinondoni to airport Karakata instead of 8000 today 28/12/2019 I was charged 14000 from ferry to airport gbp petrostation instead of 7000 why is your service like this

The app its cool...the drivers are unfaithfull stealing and manipulate system to overcharge customers..there are alot of technques they use, the insiders of bolt knows, this kills the image of the business, you guys gotta cut t off to save the image of your company!

It is the worst service the drivers manipulate customers and there is no faster customer care call to report until later 10:30am, drivers denies cancelling a request when he doesnt want to come pick you up instead manipulatrs the system that he has arrived at the destination so a customer gets charged twice. Worst service ever dont download this app I regret

Pls people dont get into this. They cheat people. Worst experience. Not 1 time but 4 times. They also wont reply if you complain or report. They overcharge you such a way you can do nothing but pay them.

I got overcharged frequently. I got charged almost 40 km ride for a 20 km ride. When i complained i didnt even get an answer. Do yourself a service and use uber.
