Brela offices are located here... Lifts were good but full most of the time. If your floor is close you might consider the stairs..

Its a building with a unique architecture design, large business complex found at a good location along the road, its equipped with internal parking and major offices and banks, as Brella, CRDB and exim bank, the guards are upright but understanding, one critique is they dont allow to take building photos which is absurd, we need to have the freedom and liberty to enjoy our landmarks make moments and share it with the world, business wise its a commercial complex and Sharing photos of the place is free Pr. Its still up for rent

Tje place is very dirty inside. The elevators are not even finished raising safwty issues to its users. The 4th floor needs a lot of improvement specially the place where food is sold

This building look wise very good of architectural design but still it is not of standard . Security is poor . Parking issues . Maintenance issues , cleaning issues . Washroom are having hygienic issues . Still building is not up to the standard . Management still need to do much to improve the standards .

Its a new building. Lots of offices to let. Ideal because of the easy way out of town, so you dont have to face the terrible traffic on your way in or out

Not yet fully completed but its a good place to set up shop for small office like businesses.

Security measures taken around are poor but the building is good though no Centralised Air Conditioning System

A place for different purposes. Banks, different corporations are available there. Nad even office spaces to let are for grabs.

They allowed me to shoot a music video on the whole 4th floor..it was fun plus they are so open for such activities
