Printer that we bought from Nova still under warranty stoped working so we brought it back, they handled it very unprofessional they lost the cables and the box from the printer sent the printer to the service center w/o box so it was all scratched then when they found the box and the cables I asked them to pls send it to me and they refused very rudely saying is my responsibility to go and pick it up
