Not the best experience, I took my computer to get my windows and Microsoft offices installed actually paid for these softwares and it was expensive, First they took forever to carry out this process, had to make several calls, the IT person was not picking up my calls and reception place too until later on. And to top it all off several months later, my Microsoft word disappeared and windows is telling me that its about to expire, whilst I actually paid for these softwares, now idk what happened but i know well that if you pay for something its should not just dissappear. This place was a rip off from my experience!!
