Customer service is everything. Sometimes it not what you say it is how you say it. But if you are not friendly to your customers, oh well, even the quality of your products does not matter.

Good Sales and Technical staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent Dell agents, usually well stocked and quick to respond to queries and problems. Have had some software issues and a couple of hardware ones of our Enterprise computers sorted out on the spot by technical support. A Full endorsement to them.

Best service

This is the worst computer repair shop I have visited in the entire East Africa. Extremely unprofessional. I took my laptop to this shop for repair. They just looked at the laptop and told me that based on their experience, the laptop needed a new motherboard that was to cost 850 USD. Now, how the hell did they know that the problem was with motherboard without even a basic troubleshooting! I got furious, went to another shop nearly and my laptop was repaired instantly at a cost of about 25 USD!
