Best looking Apple store in Dar es salaam but the worst service.They seem to open and close as they please.Barely have stock of the product I wanted (MacBook Pro 15)The employees stand around using their phones and dont assist you. You have to ask for their attention.Worst Apple store.Ive tried to buy this Macbook two times now definitely recommend another store.

Friendly people but mis-informed me - told me I could get 18% tax back on my purchase of a laptop because I didnt live in TNZ. When I went to the tax office they said there was no such law. So the laptop cost me 18% more than they said, and thats quite a lot.

Since two weeks I try to purchase USB-C interface for my new iBookPro but this shop does have always problems with creditcard payments. Allegedly TRA suspended their account? Strange, did they not pay their taxes? How can Apple tolerate such a performance? This is totally unprofessional!
