This is the best School I have ever worked in my entire teaching life. The admin is super supportive, and teachers are given the space and peace to serve God through imparting knowledge to the children.Being a Christian school, everything is centred on Christ. Biblical integration is key to lesson planning and delivery. Personal relationship with Christ is a key factor when it comes to staffing. The school espouces natural law of human relations that is well protected by the African culture.The school is accredited by reputable International Christian education organisations like NICS and ACSI, and WASC among others. These organisations have strict Christian education principles and standards which inform the planning of the acdemic programs. Suffice to say that a good chunk of the teaching staff are missionary teachers mostly from USA. A truly rich cross-cultural work environment.The school, commonly known as HOPAC is located in one of the most peaceful country in Africa, Tanzania in the coastal city of Dar es Salaam. You never miss the ever refreshing ocean breeze while on campus. Though I only went there once, I had this feeling that schools are supposed to be like that. They mentor you from the start and uniting everyone.
