So be good to humanity and be safe from punishment. These are the burial grounds. The mosque was placed later so as to have a place to pray for the deceased ones. No the mosque is being rebuilt and ghusal khanna(an area to wash and prepare the deceased body for burial ie a funeral home according to Muslim Rites). The graves are demarcated by a 6 inch slab sorrounding the grave. Though the management should consider to sink these demarcations into the ground and level properly the whole area to avoid the visitors from tripping and getting hurt. As the space btween these demarcations are too narrow.
