So far so good, as I was able to work with them on my car that I bought it in since last week (01/12/2021) and got it yesterday (08/12/2021). They did a good job with the diagnosis and came up with a huge list of problem but I am glad they help me out resolve these issues and my car is fit for a “Safari” right now😃.I wish to thank the entire Toyota team that was lead with Madam Noela for there at-most professionalism and good customer care that lead to my satisfaction.Surely I am satisfied with everything there and incase of any Motor vehicle repairs, I will definitely go back to Toyota.

This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. They charged me 64,000 tsh an hour and 30 hours of work to fix a few small scratches. This didnt include the pain and consumables. They sent me the quote for 3.5 million tsh. I begged them to be more reasonable and similar to the local market but they refused. Watch out for this company.

Toyota is a great company and their vehicles are great that is why so many people buy them. However at Toyota Tanzania, prepare for long lines when you go in for a service. Call them at least a day in advance and be prepared to wait multiple days for them to finish even a simple service. And DO NOT buy accessories from them to fit to your vehicle, if something goes wrong they wont do a thing to help you. The promise you the world, but their excessories are overpriced and they dont have replacement parts if your product breaks or a component is lost.1. For example the remote for my winch was stolen out of my car, and asked if they could order me a replacement part and to this day, 4 years later, still no remote. I go to South Africa and can buy the remote in a matter of minutes.2. Another example, my mainleaf breaks on my set of Iron Man rear leaf springs and instead of having a main leaf to purchase, I have to purchase the entire set of springs. So instead of it being a $100 issue it is now a $1,000 issue.So, if you have a Toyota in Tanzania be prepared to wait extremely long wait times for repairs and services. But no matter the circumstance DO NOT buy their pretty looking accessories. You will be throwing your money to the wind.

I am a french overlander, travelling from Cap Town to Dar Es Salam. My Land Cruiser 105 GX lost a mounting bolt on rear shock absorbers. I used one serflex to arrive to Dar Es Salam and then they just said to me : Sorry we didnt have this bolt. Good bye !!!! THE WORTH SERVICE that i have never seen !
