The home to various businesses located just next to the port and near the ocean. It is a morden architects building with a falling dummy image that makes it unique. It also has a unique lift which is visible on the glass material. It is open during business hours and it adds the beauty to the great city of darsalam

It has houses many businesses a stone throw away from the ocean and the main port it gives a spectacular view of the ocean and the event of having ships dock is a marvel to watch do you need car insurance do you need need car hire do do you need to register a business then this a place to visit.

A gateway from the port using gate no. 2 for most transit and local vehichle only not cargo. A busy place as drivers tend to wait for transit cars, if you happen to purchase one...try make a visit and see how the port looks like. The waterfroont is adjacent to the traffic HQ also opposite to the Reli station, accessed using the steshen route.

The building looks like it is under renovation. Hardly anyone around and lots of dust at the entrance. It needs so much to be done before it is back to its glory days. Cleaning is one of the things that is needed urgently.

Been there a couple of times. Its the easiest spot if you are picking up your car from Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA)
