Place is nice and modern with bussiness offices banks and a twin building with a hotel which isnt operating,it also have a good packing lot

It is a very nice place to celebrate events, specially during the night, because it is in the city center, with good communication, parking, lifts and other services that helps to facilitate all that you need to enjoy your time.It has also an open hall, to take some drinks before entering in the main hall.

The building consists of banks, shops and offices providing various services. Some of the banks, shops and offices include: NMB bank, TPB Bank,Western Union, Akiba Commercial Bank (ACB), Vodacom Shop, TTCL Shop & Customer service Centre, Ensol Solar Company, NSSF, East Africa Commercial & Logistics Center, just to mention a few.

Have a good and large car parking place.

A huge building i saw since it was started to be built around 2004. I have visited the compound several times, it was having kids playground, on top swimming pool and currently at my grown age I attended various conference gatherings which was wonderful. It was and still a transformed economic boost structure of Ubungo district.

Lovely, I have worked in this building and also lived in the vicinity of Ubungo Shekilango Apartments, this is one of the landmark place that you can use to direct someome and use as a mark.
