The staff were friendly and very welcoming, their buses too wer so comfortable to ride in, I did a 9 hours drive with them and the journey was not as boring as I would have anticipated

For Arusha-Dar es Salaam and back is ok. The chairs are not very confortable and there is one driver Who drives like a crazy man. They offer water, juice, biscuites and candy for free and they dont loose time on the road. My bus of choice.

Luxury bus, good service but the only irritating thing is that music is too loud throughout the entire journey. Even if you ask them to reduce, they will for few minutes then increase the volume again

They have good buses BUT worst customer service in call/reservations section and inside the buses. In several occasions I have missed the bus due to misinformation from customer service personnel. Also they never have time to CONFIRM the Bookings.

They have good buses and atleast treat customers better than the norm. There is still work for improvement though cse they seemed to get overwhelmed with work or something else at the booking offices

Good buses, worst customer services. Super duper worst, unorganized, and they are just the worst or specifically the Shekilango Offices. I literally waited for four hours before I had to cancel my safari.

Dar offices as well they need enough space for passengers. Their services are super excellent

Its where you go to get a BM Coach ticket. Im not sure of all the locations the bus travels to but the ones I know are; Morogoro and Dodoma.Theyve got very good service in my opinion, affordable prices, comfortable experience and an okay staff.Well worth my money, I dont consider anyone else when going to these locations.Granted, there could be better options out there like Shabiby or Dar Lux but its BM for me 😉

Very bad service, I booked for the first bus to arusha then they made me get down and put me in the next bus, its really frustrating after booking ahead of time and reached very early then had to depart after long time in an inferior coach.

It is very nice. It is easy to have your journey from one City to another.

I enjoyed their buses but not their customer services. The workers here need taining in proper customer service. They are ruining the reputation of an actually very good bus.

They are good but you have to tell even when you want to the toilet it will ruin the reputation of the bus I hate it I will never climb that bus I will tell people to not climb that bus either

With being a cooperation with several assets they could have a more better office than what I saw.

WORST EXPERIENCE! We had planned to go with the bus at 5.30a.m to reach there by 1.30p.m -2p.m but they started the journey at 6.15a.m and so we reached Dodoma at 3p.m.. because we wanted to return on the same day at 3.30p.m after finishing our 10 minute job in Dodoma, we requested them to wait 5 more minutes for us as we were on our way but THEY LEFT US even though the only reason we ran a bit late was because they delayed to start their journey in the morning!Not at all fair!! Wouldnt recommend if youre looking for understanding people who know that there should be empathy in a business

A luxurious up-country Bus to travel with.

This is among the competitive bus services from Dar Es Salaam to the Arusha through Tanga and Moshi l, they have good services but but but The usb ports on the bus dont work, thats why I didnt give five stars.

It is a small office, not enough for number of passengers they serve. When you wait for bus to take off there is no enough space and proper sitting arrangement for passengers. Also there is no clear indication that theres basic services like toilets, restaurants, etcBut they are the best of the best when it comes to luxury coaches, keeping time and their in-bus service is the best! Kudos to that!

Travel from Daresalam to Arusha with T 707 , I love the IC $seat, But the service is poor, hot drinks, No WIFE, Pad was not work, the Lady with long face especially when you ask for help,

I am a regular customer using this bus mostly from Morogoro to Arusha. It was once one of the best commercial bus to travel with,but currently I DONT ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THIS BUS.Why:1. The buses aren’t serviced properly,hence regular breakdowns (I personally had two breakdowns with this bus today enroute to Arusha from Morogoro)2. The previous provisions such as AC and beverages in the bus aren’t offered anymore and still the call themselves a 1st grade luxury bus3. USB charging ports are broken,and no one bothers to fix them(the bus management team)Honestly speaking,I will stop using this bus and also stop being advocating to people to use this company’s fleet of buses.
