They have Quality products. Poor customer service.I Bought four toilets, two had p trap instead of S trap, they never allowed me to return it after i took them home. Plumber rejected them and i wasnt allowed to exchange, even for a cheaper one. Their non return policy sucks. Caution always go with a plumber/ fundi, or else your going to regret it.I still have those toilets for anyone who is interested. Im selling them at a low cost, sincr they are useless in my small toilets..
