I visited this place for blood donation, its quite cool and there are no crowds. I like the internal environment as the building has a courtyard, open to sky and a bit of a nice garden in the courtyard. Palms on all four corners or the courtyard growing up to the beam level of the upper floor. Nice and wide internal corridors around the courtyard about 2400mm to 3600mm decorated by very nice hardwood door frames and shutters which have glass inserts. Windows are all full height starting from the floor level with an aluminum kick plate and four glass panels of equal size. Tha walls are all white as well as columns. The floor is finished with 300*300mm unglazed porcelain tiles laid diagonally and the same on the steps with non slippery grooves. On the upper floor, the corridor is protected by a mils steel balustrade of 50mm Dia, primed and painted black fixed column to column. The main entry is raised about 1050mm above the grade level and is accessed through grand steps or a ramp on the left side of the steps.
